You can find us at local farmers markets, and we regularly update the list on our social media pages. We're also available through many local CSA (Community Supported Agriculture) farms. If your CSA doesn't partner with us yet, please encourage them to reach out. We love collaborating with CSAs to bring you freshly made chutneys.
We're working hard to get into as many stores as possible. Please ask your grocery store manager if they are stocking our product yet.
Our chutneys are minimally processed because we eat it and feed it to our kids. There are other shortcuts we could have taken to make it last longer or manufacture it for cheaper, but that's not what we choose to do. We made a conscious choice to use fresh ingredients, process minimally, and make it in small batches.
We were disappointed that the market doesn't offer too many foods that are low in estrogen, contain unsaturated fat and are a legitimate healthy snack. Therefore we set out to make our chutneys with a lot of protein and fiber. Even though the fat content may be high, because we mainly use nuts and lentils, what you're eating is mostly unsaturated fat, the good kind of fat that keeps you full for longer.
